Reality Strikes

I should’ve made this post ages ago, but as you can see by the dates I haven’t been active. I met up with lots of obstacles coding Neox and time-consuming things outside the realm of game-making that has just put Neox under piles of dust. I’m trying to make a better engine nowadays, and I noticed during Neox that I just don’t have the patience trying to make all of the graphics myself. The tile-based engine was sort of a drawback as well, I don’t like the constraint and the rigidity of it, so the new engine based loosely on some common code in new forms will not be tile-based.

Neox as a concept just wasn’t good enough to survive my impatience.
